Foot Reflexology

Course Overview:
This one day is focused on reviewing, refining and refreshing your practice of African Foot Reflexology. This will be achieved by the application of the step by step technique, ensuring you are locating each reflex precisely and working each reflex area correctly and effectively. I will be refocusing you on the physiological function of each reflex plus reviewing the psychological aspects of the feet. There will be time allocated in the afternoon to addressing many of your questions that you may have regarding your clinical practice or your work with family and friends both in discussion and in practice.

Indian Head Massage
2 Day Course
Dates: 26th and 27th April 2025
21st and 22nd June 2025

Open to: Beginners or as a CPD course.
Course Overview:
This two day training program in Indian Head Massage is a very unique, deeply relaxing, healing experience. The step by step technique has been designed by myself as a direct result of working with clients and students over the past 20 plus years. During the training you will learn a deeply nourishing back massage, a releasing of tension neck massage, a relaxing yet invigorating head massage and you will finish with a restorative, healing face massage.

Hand Reflexology
2 Day Course

Course Overview:
This two day training in African Hand Reflexology is a very gentle, heart centred healing modality, which invites your entirety to open up and become receptive to the soothing, healing graces of your own beautiful heart. African Hand Reflexology has been designed by myself to address heart and mind centred imbalances and disharmonies which I witnessed first-hand in my clinical practice which expands over 20 years. I have equally witnessed the profound healing responses to African Hand Reflexology and I have an immense desire to share this magnificent healing step by step technique with one and all. This course is designed to teach you the step by step technique of this beautiful technique to help so many people in our modern day society that have many heart and mental health challenges. I will teach you precisely where each reflex is and how to activate, cleanse and heal each one. I will also share with you many of the benefits of African Hand Reflexology as well as psychology attached to the hands and its reflexes. Hand reflexology in general gets very little attention in most Reflexology training courses. It’s time to give the hands, the heart and the mind the attention they all deserve.
